Sustainability is a top priority.

Wherever possible, we make a conscious effort to reduce our carbon footprint. We use 100% recyclable packaging for our mailer and tube boxes, and The Balm's tube is derived from post-consumer recycled plastic. Our formula is developed and produced in the USA, in partnership with suppliers who prioritize ethical practices and responsible sourcing.

Every detail supports our goal to have a softer impact -

on the planet and of course, your skin.

Fewer ingredients. Greater purpose.

We formulate with a less-is-more mindset. No fillers. No fluff. Just essentials your lips actually need. The Balm is free from added fragrance, flavor, and unnecessary synthetic additives.

Made in the U.S.A.

Each tube of The Balm is formulated, filled, and quality-tested in the United States. This helps us ensure clean manufacturing, reduce unnecessary freight emissions, and support a more transparent supply chain. Our hero ingredient, lanolin, is also domestically sourced from a trusted sheep farm - supporting local agriculture and minimizing environmental impact.

Packaging that reflects our values.

The Balm’s tube is made with post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials, helping to reduce reliance on virgin plastic and divert waste from landfills. While our packaging is responsibly sourced from overseas partners, we work only with vetted manufacturers who meet global sustainability and ethical labor standards. The result: conscious packaging that doesn’t compromise on design or performance.
